Procurium provides supply chain consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. Based in Houston, Texas, we are ideally located to serve clients anywhere in the United States and internationally.

Our focus is on sustainable, lasting and repeatable value creation.

We have delivered outstanding results in a wide variety of industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical, healthcare, biotech and government. Our approach combines deep, industry-agnostic functional expertise with an agile methodology that leverages our industry-specific experience to rapidly assess each client's needs, perform the project's discovery phase, define constraints, develop an implementable strategy and execute it to deliver substantial results that exceed clients' expectations.

Throughout the project, we are guided by our core principles of delivering value creation that is sustainable for your organization well beyond our engagement, repeatable by your team members, and resilient to changes in personnel and in business conditions.

Email us or use the contact form to discuss your potential project, and to find out how we can boost your value creation initiatives.
